Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is inclusive of taxes.

• Payments may be billed monthly or annually depending on user selection.

• Subscriptions allow auto-recurring payments via Razorpay using UPI Mandate / Cards / International payment methods.

• We may revise pricing in the future; existing subscribers retain their current pricing until cancellation.

Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Community Membership

• Refund available only for the first month, if requested within 7 days of enrollment.

• If refunded within 7 days → access revoked immediately and full refund issued.

• Cancellation after 7 days → no refund, but access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

• Users may cancel anytime via their subscription portal or by contacting support.

Courses

Refund eligibility applies only until the earlier of:

• Completion of Day 3 assignment, or

• 7 days from the date of purchase

After these points, no refund will be provided for any reason.

Refund requests must be initiated via WhatsApp or email.

1:1 Sessions

• Refunds only if the professional is unable to take the session.

• Sessions are always reschedulable; scheduling is coordinated after purchase.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

• Access is valid for single-user only. Sharing login or content is strictly prohibited.

• Community members must comply with platform rules and group guidelines.

• Violation (harassment, spam, abuse, illegal behavior, or intellectual property theft) may result in immediate removal without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, videos, frameworks, templates, lessons, brand assets, and materials belong exclusively to The eCom Show / Golden Percentages LLP.
Reproduction, resale, distribution, or public sharing is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance benefits.
Content is for educational purposes only.
We are not liable for loss or damages resulting from business decisions based on our material.

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the State of Kerala jurisdiction.

Autopay Authorization

By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize Razorpay to automatically charge your selected payment method at each billing interval until cancellation.
